Kim Delaney was an American actress from America. The actress is best known for her character, the detective Diane Russell, in the ABC drama series NYPD Blue. For this she received an Emmy Award. Born as the only daughter to a top executive from the United Auto Workers and a household worker, Delaney was raised with four brothers.
